Was comfortable clean and spacious!

If we hadn't rang the owner. We would have shared space with a random person. Feel this should be advertised as a share house not a B & B.

Second floor apartment was bright and had lovely views. Well positioned rooms with lots of ventilation. It gets hot in the afternoon/evenings in the communal areas but there are ranch sliders that once open onto the balcony and they let in great airflow to cool the house down during the day and night.

Only minor dislike, but the driveway to the neighbor behind the property looks straight into the master bedroom on the second floor so for privacy need to ensure you close the blinds.

Convenient enough location. Clean and tidy.

Couch bed was a single rather than a double but comfortable enough.

It’s not 70m2, accessible are is less than 38m2. Towels were falling apart, rough and with dark spots. You can hear the above neighbors every breath

I need a refund because I paid for the bnb and didn't get to stay there
