The view

The mattress and pillows for master bedroom very old , felt like you slept on the springs The rubbish was scattered in backyard when we arrived Messy in the garden and recycling in front of house There is a mouldy smell downstairs Ants everywhere in the kitchen &pantry

Convenience, Neighborhood was very quiet. Price was very reasonable for Tauranga. The shower was so so lovely awesome pressure. Some tolietress were provided.

From the description we saw of the proeprty we thought we would see the harbor and that it was a single dwelling, to discover that there was an upstairs apartment and that is where you got the views. Tress from below property blocked our view of the water also. The noise from the upstairs flat was really bad children running back and forth and adults talking really loudly on the Sunday night Monday morning. We did try and get their attention by calling out to the adults on the deck but they just ignored us. I knocked two times on the door and they ignored us.

Excellent location. Suited my needs for travelling for work perfectly.

I enjoyed the view, the spacious decor, and because the weather was fine I worked at the table on the deck looking out towards the Mount.

the deck and the view of the harbour was beautiful. and a short drive to a beautiful park and also town. loved seeing the neighbors cat. greatful to have washing machine and dryer
