Habour View - Tauranga Central

The view was great

Bed bugs, fridge and oven not working. Noisy downstairs neighbour. Lacking in general cleanliness..... but the BED BUGS were unacceptable

Area was nice and quiet, house was beautiful nice and clean

Just the fridge wasn’t cold

Was great with the kids

The house got a little cold near bathroom and kitchen but the lounge and dining room were super warm

It was okay & the sunsets was nice but thats really about it😕

Everything there was cockroaches in the kitchen & lounge there was no hot water to have a good shower I had to use the boiled jug water to full the bath to get a warm wash the down stairs lady that checked in the same night as us was drinking & I believe very loud! There was Marijana crumbs in the bed side draws next to the bed & the end of a joint roll in the draw also one of the towels had stains on them & didnt look it had been washed & it was very cold & the fridge never worked our food in the fridge was not keeping cool at all we had to bin 2 brand new milks because it ended up rotten even though we just brought them the night before! I did ask for a refund & they told me I could only be refunded 1 night witch was no point it’s definitely not worth its price & the photos advertised of the property does not look it in real life witch is a shame! It also lists on the description that the entire house is yours but it isn’t it’s a shared place 2 bedrooms up stairs & 1 bed room down stairs witch is a different unit for other stayers there is Absolutely no privacy there is two security cameras witch record 24hrs of the day it has person detection & motion detection as well as voice or conversation record so that here i feel it’s a breach of privacy on its own😕 very sad stay & ill never pay $855 dollars again for 3 nights for something like this it was very poor!😒
