Issues with hot water in bathroom.

Quiet, comfortable, had everything I needed and the hist was very helpful

Cleaning hadn't been done from previous guests. Bed not made. Was cleaned next day while I was out. The host did provide an explanation which was acceptable

I didn't like that when the upstairs apartment had guests we could hear them talking and walking and we could hear every thing they said it was very loud so next time I'd stay ill choose upstairs only downfall

The location, size, warm and sunny.

The sofa should be put to recycle, very uncomfotable, you feel the frame on the back and side and the upholstery was grubby. The lower drawer on the oven and roasting tray were dirty. There were marks on the carpet, especially near the entrance, still wet from being treated. The size of the fridge, orininal pics showed a full fridge, we had a bar fridge. No code sent for the lock box. The kitchen floor had crumbs and the window sills were grubby, flies and ants. No access to laundry facilities, despite a 5 day stay. The placement of the bed makes it very tricky to walk past, it should by the bay window. Noisey when upstairs was occupied, hearing footsteps and voices. The tap on the kitchen sink made it very hard to fill the jug. It looked like a bath tap.

The place was clean and easy to find.

Privacy.as soon as we got there the landlord starting putting in cameras which are audio as well and spent till 8 at night doing gardening.not sure how many times he turned up but lost count after 4.mowed the lawns while we where away! Didn't fell comfortable at all.he came into the hallway which leads upto our living area.Also only 1 roll of cheap toilet paper and 1 bag for bin and 1 teatowel.for 2nights. My partner found a cockroach crawling over him during night left for them to see.shower head kepted falling over wasn't tightened up.

I went there with other 2 friends (we had to work in tauranga) so for 3 ppl was one queen bed and 1 i wouldn't call bed in the living room. The guys upstairs start to make sooo much noise and i gently call the manager and ask her what was happening upstairs and explain her that we were there for work so we just want to rest after work and she said (you book a cheap place) so is mean that if you go there (because is cheap) they can do whatever they want because who rent the house upstairs is richest then you! So at the end i didn't even slept there after i booked for 4 nights i get back half money.
