Sari Village Jungle Retreat

Where to start... we only stayed 2 nights (our last 2 nights before flying back to Kuala Lumpur), but we wished we could've stayed longer here. What an amazing place. The house was huge, with unbeatable views, large windows, 2 balconies and surrounded by wildlife (you will for sure spot monkeys and hornbills!). Also we loved the swimming pool. We had read the reviews about the boat tour with the owner of the place (Noon) so we asked to do this tour and he arranged it for us. And yes, it was an amazing experience. Noon had been super helpfull and kind with us in general. We left with tears in our eyes. This is for nature lovers that want to be in a quiet place but not too far from the touristic area (however you'll need a scooter/car/Grab to move around).

It's true that the resort could use some good renovations in general. But if that's not a priority to you and you see through it, you will only see the beauty of this unique place and never want to leave !

Overall, the stay was decent, but there were several issues. There was no staff available to help carry the bags, which was inconvenient. The AC was not working properly—probably because the room was big, but the AC unit was too small, and to make matters worse, the TV wasn’t working at all. These things made the experience less comfortable than expected.

The location is extra special. So calm and nature friendly. Waking up with such a view was dream come true.

Nothing

This villa was very unique. The villa was big and we had our own balcony with sea view. There were some monkeys and birds in the jungle. The owner was very friendly and we booked a boat trip with him. This is what you can’t get from the tourist boats..

Id something to say, there is no foodstores or restaurants near the villa even to buy water or small things. So need to walk down from the hill or take a grab. But it is worth the view and surroundigs, you actually feel like you are in the middle of the jungle.

The villa we stayed in was in a wonderful location. The view from our terrace was something wow! Clean and fresh air, which we didn't get in other hotels in Langkawi. Monkeys greeted us every day. Lots of beautiful flower and various beautiful birds. Air conditioners worked in every room. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The shower was very good! The outdoor pool is clean, surrounded by lots of palm trees and beautiful vegetation! My husband and I felt like we were in the jungle :) We were greeted by a very warm and friendly man, Zainol, who takes care of the villas. He introduced us to the area and took us to a store for shopping. For my birthday, he organized a private boat trip. It was one of the best boat trips! He showed us and told us a lot about Langkawi! We visited more than 26 islands. We had breakfast on one of them, and lunch on the other. It was the best birthday present that I will never forget! Big thanks to Zainolis and his team!

This place is beautiful, in the middle of the jungle, a perfect connection with nature and with the wildlife The view is WOW.!! The owner Noon took us for a beautiful trip on the island with breakfast and lunch, we felt special ! The accommodation Is simple but it feels like home! We really loved it!

Maybe a cooking station I'd we had stayed longer

Very Malaysian Jungle Retreat! A nice place to hang out with friends...just chill n relax! Transportation is definitely needed here especially of you het home when its dark.... Its isolated yet feels safe... Pak Non was very informative n was all too pleased to let us have a tour of his other chalets... very unique set up...
