Continental breakfast available. Microwave but No oven or hot plates to do more cooking. Excellent comfy furniture, very quiet location, friendly hosts.

"A lovely property in a nice setting which with a relatively small investment of table and chairs on de king and 2 plate"

quality furniture, lovely views and quiet location

steep stairs and no banister(but told banister to be installed) no cooking facilities other than microwave long gravel road, probably nearly 2K, to reach property property not ideal for older couple, outside furniture too low and steep stair Don’t understand NZ practice of leaving only 2 items of cutlery and crockery which then necessitates increased use of hot water for washing dishes

Great location, views and sunsets. Great hosts with just right amount of contact. Beautifully presented cottage.

Note that bedroom is up steep stairs with no handrail.

Was a little worried the location might be too far out but not at all… ten minute run to main areas yet benefitted from peacefulness ! Fantastic country views. Delightful
