"Spacious, clean and very comfortable for a family of 6"

The size of the house was amazing; we’re travelling with 4 children and they were each able to have their own room.

The back patio door doesn’t open, or the 2nd floor balcony door. It was a shame we didn’t get to just step out from the lounge to have our morning coffee.

"Property is in excellent condition and close to shops."

Close to restaurants and shops.

The ventilation was not great, even though there were fans and one bedroom had no key to access the balcony. Also 2 bedrooms don’t have a bathroom and need to use one of the en-suites

"Great location to explore Christchurch and surrounding areas."

Location was excellent, it has many bedrooms which made it very versatile for our two family party and we liked that it had a washer and tumble dryer. Lots of leaflets of things to do in the area. Fully stocked kitchen. The toaster was amazing! Thanks for the stocked coffee/tea/sugar which was a nice touch.

There was not a full bathroom on the first floor: for so many bedrooms having only an ensuite was difficult to manage. Especially with children. We had a few issues with the kitchen eg the oven isn’t very efficient and the oven shelves were hard to use, the kettle was intermittently not working and can opener is not fit for purpose.

"Well located and convenient to shops and restaurants. There are no common bathrooms - you have to go through a bedroom"

We used all 5 bedrooms and had to go through bedrooms to get to a bathroom
