Beach Folly - Whitianga

I liked being close to the shops. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was good. Outside area nice.

Was busy and noisy Saturday night with bar a few doors down. The church brought quite a few people so there were a lot of passers-by looking in so not so private. A funeral at the Mercury Bay Club also meant that people were parking next door so lots of chat and car doors closing. Owner helpful when we had the wrong code for Dropbox.

Super clean and cosy, and everything was on hand that we needed for our stay. Very welcoming. Short walk to cafes and shops.

Noisy neighbours. The Monkey House venue just down the street, thumping out music from 10pm to 1am on the Friday and Saturday of our stay. The close proximity of the gig could be a bonus for some guests, however. 😊

Everything, the attention to detail, cleanliness. Felt like a home from home. Wish we had booked to stay for a longer period of time. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful place to stay 💕

Beach folly was awesome! Loved our stay. It’s a beautifully set up cottage that has everything you need. The location is fantastic as you’re able to walk everywhere.

The interior was attractive and the exterior was very good as well.

We should have checked google earth for the view. It faced a business/garage that just had a very large garage door. The sitting room is close to the pavement so auite public and the front seating area is again right on the pavement. Shower was very small as was the bed.

Gorgeous little place!!

Off street parking would be a bonus.
