Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Mitte der Insel und damit ideal für Touren in alle Ecken. Die heißen Quellen und auch Ponta Delgada sind alle flott erreichbar. Parken kann man übrigens auf einer Parkfläche ca. 20m oberhalb vom Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet mit vielen persönlichen Elementen der Besitzer. Man hat alles was man braucht (top ausgestattete Küche etc.) so wie einen großen Garten und eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Da es mitten im Ort liegt, hört man Hunde und Vögel etc. aber das fanden wir charmant, dicht am Leben zu sein. Mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte man problemlos schlafen. Da wir im Winter da waren, gab es Heizlüfter die in den Schlafzimmern angenehm geheizt haben.

Gorgeous traditional style Azorean Portuguese style building and a stunning large backyard! We cooked a lot and had tons of space and the kitchen was well stocked.

That we had to leave! Haha. It can run a little chilly as it's an older home but they provided space heaters which did the job and we were able to make a fire. :)

Very very kind guest house holder. for him the guests are very important and he puts every effort in it so that the guests love it in his house. when we had a problem with the shower he came directly and even at the same day handyman came to change the shower. Dish washer, washing mashine and dryer were very comfortable for us.and also a gift box with ananas,juice,bred, marmelade were lovely... He had everything for the Baby: babybed, babytub Babychair,Games for the Baby. It was lovely decorated for christmas even with a christmas tree. We can highly recommend this accomodation!!! <3

We had an amazing stay at the Casa. The house was incredibly authentic, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful details. I especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the grill - it really felt like home. The location is excellent, and the local Azorean specialties provided by the hosts were a lovely touch. Thank you so much!

The only thing that could be improved is updating the hairdryer to a more modern model. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Strongly recommend!

Das Haus ist wundervoll und strahlt auf Grund seiner Einrichtung viel Geschichte der Insel aus.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Bei der Ankunft war für die erste Verpflegung gesorgt und die Flasche Wein rundete das ab.Die Ausflüge sind von hier problemlos zu starten.Restaurants am Meer und typisch auf den Azoren gab es mehrere.Der Garten hinter dem Haus schön gepflegt und eine Oase der Ruhe.Also Leute wenn Ihr was besonderes sucht hier findet Ihr es.

Gab es nichts

Stravování jsme měli vlastní. Ve městě byl dobře zásobený obchod, kde se dalo nakoupit vše potřebné. Otvírací doba byla až do 21.00, takže jsme někdy stíhali nakoupit až po návratu z celodenních výletů. Ubytování bylo velmi dobře umístěno, kousek od centra i pláže. Velkou výhodou byla blízkost bezplatného parkování. Zařízení bylo též dostatečné. Plusem byla myčka a pračka, které jsme často používali.

Připravené ručníky byly všechny cítit zatuchlinou. Ale po vyprání se to zlepšilo. Občas vadil ruch z přilehlé ulice, která vedla k významné církevní památce na kopci nad městem.

Lovely host and authentic accomodations. Walking distance to downtown. Garden was gorgeous and relaxing. Host was extremely accommodating and flexible!

Street can be noisy at night...barking dogs much of the night as well. A fan or two would be great in the bedrooms to help with the heat and humidity, but the windows do open for fresh air.
