adubai Obidos

Francisco welcomed us in grace and kindness to his family's lovely property which is well designed and well located next to the old city. Anyone who comes to Obidos and wants to spend the night - should do it here. The property is well equipped and perfectly built to host a small family. Francisco added his good recommendations and big smile to it. Thanks a lot!

the apartement is very very close to the old city (about 2 min walking ) it have beautiful little garden with swing and many flowers with the most beautiful lookout all over the city walls, and it's look amazing! The facilities in the apartment in high standards, showers, cleanliness, comfortable beds, a wonderful coffee machine and they even welcomed us with a basket of goodies. really lovely people who do the best to make you feel at home. i highly recomand, and surly will come again if i'll have a chance.

nothing, everything was great!

A beautiful little house with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with TV. The wifi was strong and reliable and the bedroom and bathroom are first rate. The house is immaculately clean and well presented. The location is only minutes away to the township and an easy walk to first rate restaurants both outside and inside the walls of the town.

The property is on a busy road which we thought was a concern, but the traffic calmed down in the evening and wasn’t a concern for us.

Francisco, one of hosts, was very friendly and most helpful. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything and even provided some bread milk and goodies for our stay. Francisco's father manages a nearby restaurant, Jamal Jamal, he too was really outgoing and welcoming. We ate at his restaurant 2 out of our 3 nights as the food and service was amazing!. On leaving Francisco have us a gift his mother had hand made. I rarely leave reviews but was blown away by this stay. At every encounter with our hosts we felt valued and welcomed, we could not have asked for more and would highly recommend this accommodation, adubai Obidos.

The house is amazing. We stayed only 2 nights and we had a very full agenda, so we used it only to sleep. But it is really fully furnished to be enjoyed on longer time, with plenty of attention from the owner to his visitors. There are 2 complete bathrooms, downstairs and upstairs. The kitchen has anything you can need, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all. All products (soaps and coffee capsules) are available. The owner offered us also a small emergency kit (bread, butter, etc) to let us feel comfortable. And he prepared few toys and books for the kids to play with, who were really over the moon. He also gave us a lot of suggestions, which we could not follow all because we were already busy with friends living in the area as well, but based on the little we did, his recommendation were great. We arrived quite late, at about 1900, so when we asked for a restaurant he booked for us the restaurant where his father works. It couldn’t be better! Really, if you want to visit the area, stay at this place, you won’t regret at all!

Only small negative note, it’s close to the main road, so there is a bit of car noise in night. But honestly, it’s annoying for like 5-10 min, then you fall asleep and not hear anything till the wake up. A small price to pay, to get the apartment literally 5 min walk from the wall (which with the kids is important) but still with the possibility to park in front of the house.

Adubai Obidos is in a perfect location just 4 minutes walk from the city walls. It's got a small patio with beautiful views of the city and the valley below. It's spacious, comfortable and clean and the hosts are charming. It also has parking on site. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Obidos.

This accommodation was absolutely incredible. The views were stunning walking distance to everything, and Francesco and his son were very hospitable. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody and hope to visit it again sometime in the future thank you friend Jessica for making us feel so welcomed and at home in Obidos.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from the snacks, bread, And essential left by Francesco and his family to the location and all the amenities in the unit.

An exceptional host! Francisco was so friendly and welcoming, and has taken a lot of time and trouble with his accomodation. It's a complete house with a kitchen and washing machine, plus two bathrooms. It's literally five minutes walk from the walled city, which you can also see from the patio. A memorable stay!
