Designer Cabin - Lake Tekapo

I liked the look of the designer cottage as we drove down the driveway. Lupins in full bloom all through the front yard and in front of the cottage. The cottage was beautifully designed with a picture window showing even more Lupins in the backyard. The cottage had everything you could wish for and was very clean and quiet. Loved the outdoor bath!

Beautiful design, well appointed kitchen, great location.

The outdoor bath was behind the house, which made it feel like a second thought rather than an elaborate feature. There is no wardrobe, only shelves in the bathroom. I would have opted against the bunk beds and instead made the bathroom and wardrobe the feature. The open kitchen shelves left some rarely used crockery unusable due to dust settling on them. A little more detail to deep cleaning would go a long way.

A great modern stay. Well positioned close to Lake Tekapo and town. Well appointed with facilities. Would have been nice to stay longer
