L'emplacement très bien placé à 5mn du ferry qui nous emmène de l'autre côté du Missipi ou tout se déroule. Le petit déjeuner copieux.

Les lits on s'enfonce dedans et les draps sont troués. Le ménage pas fait correctement, je me suis penché sous un lit pour récupérer ma chaussette et c'était pas propre ! C'est très sombre malgré les nombreuses lampes disposé un peu partout. Chose étonnante : un matin j'ai ramené un beignet que j'ai laissé sur la table de la cuisine puis nous sommes ressorti, le lendemain il avait disparu ! Peut-être a t-il pensait que c'était pour lui?! Pourquoi attendre que nous sortions pour ramener des bananes et du lait ?

Uriges Cottach Haus mit Südstaaten Flair. 6 Betten. Gut für Gruppe mit Freunden geeignet. Man kann die komplette Küche mit allen Lebensmitteln nutzen. Wir haben uns zum Frühstück Spiegeleier mit Röstis gemacht. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr nett. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss an der Fähre, die einen Ruck Zuck über den Mississippi ins Herz von New Orleans bringt.

I really enjoyed the breakfast setup—Joey had the kitchen stocked with a generous variety of groceries, and the fridge was filled with free bottled water, wine, beer, and other drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect, just a scenic 5-minute walk to the Algiers ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying the peaceful charm of the neighborhood.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like during my stay. Everything—from Joey’s hospitality to the location and amenities—exceeded my expectations. If I had to mention anything, maybe a longer stay would’ve made it even better!

Logement un peu chargé en nombre de lits , réduisant l’espace salon . Chambres en enfilade ( c’est la particularité et le charme de ce type de logements ) Le logement mériterait un ménage un peu plus en profondeur.

3 minute walk to the mighty Mississippi River, Joey was an amazing host had a family of 5 originally booked because we had 7 for our trip and there was plenty of beds for everyone one.

Tv/ dvd player weren’t able to be used at night they were missing the necessary hook up’s

It’s a large home that is in a most beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to the ferry over to the French Quarter. Joey, the owner, has ducks in the back yard and the inside is a wonderfully eclectic collection of New Orleans items. I highly recommend staying here!!
