The location was close to the ferry and bus stop.

Joey is a treasure. Did everything to please. Well stocked and pleasant accommodations.

The price was good, the food was good

The property has a ton of character. The host had plenty of food options available for breakfast. The location is perfect to use the ferry over to the French Quarter. With a jazzy pass it is a breeze.

The host was extremely helpful, accommodating and flexible. We were able to store our luggage before and after check in and out. The host purchased groceries for our first meal as we didn't have a car. The house is close to the ferry so easy access to the city. Comfy beds.

The attention to detail with the cleaning needs improving. Host could check Booking.com messages more frequently to improve communication with guests.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and also to the ferry which takes you directly into the heart of the French Quarter. It was very cheap to cross the river making it an excellent choice for those who want to sightsee the city but get away from the hustle and bustle. The place was a semi-detached home full of cultural decor and homey vibes. Joey was very kind and helpful with all our requests and was always available as he lived next door.

Could have been cleaner. There was no cable tv but a huge selection of movies to watch.

Joey was very accommodating and super nice! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Also loved the location..easy walk to restaurants and ferry.

I can't think of much negative..it was pretty much what I expected.
