We enjoyed the privacy and space. The apartment was well-equipped. The carpark was sufficient for all the quests and well secured. The kitchen was handy and practical. We enjoyed the views.

The swimming pool was nice, rooms were a good size, location is good, but I would recommend that you have a car (parking on site). It was quiet and we had a private outside space with great views.

Would have been good to have had a lamp in the living room and an extra tray for the oven when cooking dinners.

Absolutely scenic surroundings, great views, peace and quiet and privacy despite the property being shared between four apartments. I stayed at Casa Candida and have nothing but praise: very tasteful decor, well equipped kitchen (even a blender!), comfy bed, the apartment was clean airy and full of light (I realise that it may be different in lower-ground apartments and/or in winter). Many very good restaurants within walking distance (Lilinha a bit pricy but with the most tender octopus I've had in my life; Baia dos Juncos more affordable and still good, with great ocean views). I definitely recommend this place, would go back myself!

Nothing to complain about, really (the hairdryer a bit dusty - not that I used it but I just noticed). A washing machine would be great for longer stays, but I knew it was 't provided so no surprises there. Would have been nice to have a supply of toiletries for the duration of the stay and not just one "welcome" mini bottle of shampoo and washing gel. But these are minor details, still 10/10.

The surrounding mountains were very impressive. We particularly liked the garden of the property, and the changing views of the clocktower of Our Lady of Fatima. There were several restaurants within walking distance in Sao Vicente, both on the seafront and in the old village centre.

We did not receive instructions on how to access the property until the day of our travel/arrival - rather short notice. The kitchen equipment provided was relatively limited, and there were no instructions on how to use the cooker. We had been looking forward to visiting the Sao Vicente caverns, but unfortunately they were closed.

Cute house with modern furnishings, very clean, well-maintained surroundings such as garden and swimming pool. In addition, it is very convenient that there is parking close to the house.

The mattress of the bed was already a bit too old and worn out. It also took a long time for hot water to come out of the shower tap, we felt sorry for the waste of water. But we were very satisfied overall!
