Quinta da Paz

The complex of flats is gated and looks beautiful, parking is easy and safe within the gates and the swimming pool is excellent. There is also a good quality (and clean) washing machine that we weren't expecting but it was very useful during our stay. The host was very attentive on messaging app. The bed was comfy and the apartment was very well equipped.

the bedroom window blind didn't shut properly and the pull-cord was broken, the bathroom window has no blind so in the evening when it is dark outside you feel exposed although there are only 2 flats that are visible from the window. There was also noise from a dog at during the night which woke us up but I'm not sure if the dog was in the property or a neighbour so that may be unfair to include in the review.

Quinta da Paz is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Excellent conditions, clean, beautiful ocean views, a swimming pool, a large garden, plenty of parking, and close to shops and a bakery. The location is great and the service is excellent. We were delighted with our stay, so I highly recommend this place.

De locatie, mooi huis met diverse appartementen. Mooie tuin met stenen bankjes, of een grote tafel waar je lekker kon eten. Gratis gebruik van de wasmachine. Klein zwembad met uitzicht op de zee.

In de keuken was een kastje met een onaangename geur. Ik heb er alleen nooit iets van gezegd.

Die Anlage ist wundervoll, sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Der Blick aufs Meer und in die Grünanlagen wundervoll. Die Vermieter waren ausserordentlich nett. Das Appartement 1 war sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, würden diese jedem empfehlen und auch selbst wieder hinfahren.

Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern. So passten die Fotos vom Schlafzimmer nicht zum Appartment. Es war trotzdem ansprechend, hat uns aber verwundert. Toll wären auch Mückenschutzgitter, unbedingt mehr Aufhängeflächen für die Handtücher / Wäsche, ggf, eine Spülmaschine, ein Staubsauger... Nachts haben leider einige Hunde gebellt und uns dadurch regelmäßig geweckt - aber dafür kann die Anlage nichts.

A very comfortable, well equipped apartment. A beautiful pool area and garden. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It would have been nice to have had a change of bedding mid stay.
