Quinta da Paz

Really beautiful building in a calm and peaceful location. Wonderful views of the sea and surrounded by trees and plants. Good parking spot on the property plus facilities like washing machine and room with microwave, kettle, fridge, hobs. Short uphill walk to local grocery store and some really nice restaurants in Canical. 10 min drive to Funchal. Would stay again!

We stayed for 10 days and there was no house keeping or cleaning products left to do it yourself. Would have been nice to have had the room swept and beds changed in this time as this did feel long.

The studio for 2 people was perfect! The whole property was amazing, great garden, view and location. 10 minutes walk to the main square with delicious restaurants and a food truck with bolo do caco.

None, everything was perfect

Comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen incl. Soap and towels. good shower with plenty of towels. Good parking, 15min with car to center of Funchal and within 30min there are many hiking routes. Situated in a small village with supermarked close by. very beautiful garden.

Not so comfortable sofa bed. Door between bedroom and living room is not sound proof so it is basically one room.Cold pool in december. Some noise from dog.

The house, garden, and pool are amazing.

Views and the place itself were amazing. Quiet place with only few apartments and guests. Dedicated parking space, gated area and a laundry machine. Supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance, however steep hill to get there.
