Private gate entrance, own parking spot, nice view/ outside seating area, close to Funchal, supermarket near by as well as nics burger place to eat food at late night.

Pool was clean some days and had leaves inside other days.

The location and accommodation amenities were excellent

Everything was fine

The place is in a great location. Easy to get to from the airport. The views are great. You can walk 5mins and your at supermarket, restaurants and a few bars. You can walk down the hill and in 15 mins be at more restaurants and a great promenade. The bus to Funchal is eu2.20 and super easy to get (number 155). The place is clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely but never needed.

The accommodation was only 10 minutes away from the airport, which was really convenient. The area was quite with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants only a short walk away. The garden and the house are beautiful and very nicely kept. Since we traveled in January we didn't use the pool as it was a bit too cold, but it looked really nice and clean.

We spent a week and it would have been nice if the room was cleaned a couple of times during our stay. Also, there was no hair wash, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom.
