Luxe Quiet Townhouse w/Parking/Pool/By Dollywood

Excellent location in quiet street just off the main route and within a few minutes drive to a host of restaurants and activities.

Everything was excellent with the home and the home owner had thought of everything that you would require during your stay.

Bed in master bedroom was not comfortable at all definitely need a new bed and mattress. Headboard was very lose and knocked up against the wall every time you moved. Not the owner's fault but sounded like a cricket was in the house somewhere it chirped all night long. Not sure the place was cleaned very well, found empty water bottle in bedroom and upon first entry into the house there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener almost choking you for a while.

We loved how convenient the property was to everything but it was tucked away and so quiet. The host had thought of every little detail that a traveler may want or need- even a fun popcorn maker with all the supplies needed!

Use of a key code was very easy. By using a key code, I did not have to keep track of a physical key.

The only suggestion for improvement I have is to recommend that the lawncare service clean the debris from the front porch and furniture after weed performing their work. It was quite messy and took away from an otherwise perfect experience with this property.

Location is perfect! The home was decorated very nicely.

As a professional cleaner I couldn't help but notice a lot of dust. The baseboards in the largest room (beside the bed) were filthy and the back porch was full of spider webs. The home was beautiful and I will definitely rebook, just wanted to make you aware to check in on your cleaning company.
