Luxe Quiet Townhouse w/Parking/Pool/By Dollywood

Cd have used another towel or two Tile floor in bathroom needed a good cleaning

the place was well maintained and organized. it was beautifully decorated and designed which is perfect for our family. the location was close to all the activities we wanted to do and it was easy to navigate around Pigeon Forge area. our host provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay and kept an open communication with quick responses. the place was comfortable and relaxing, especially for our small kids who needed to wind down after a long day! wished we came later in the spring time when the pool open so we could fully immerse in the Airbnb experience but regardless, we still had a wonderful time! we also loved having a washer and dryer on site especially when you have small children.

the only concern I would say is seeing ant traps in the bathrooms which was a bit of a turned off. My oldest son also experienced a few ants crawling on him on the living room floor at one point, but other than that we didn’t see any other any ant infestations. luckily he was a trooper about it. the smaller guest bedroom also had a loose nails on the bed frames which could use some tightening.

it is always clean and we enjoy staying in a townhouse type property versus a hotel.

The house was extremely clean, and well decorated. The full sized washer and dryer was a terrific bonus. I will stay here again in the future.
