Luxe Quiet Townhouse w/Parking/Pool/By Dollywood

It was close to Dollywood

The pool was not 6 houses down, one of the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned and toilet was not flushed from previous use. Had some problems with the air when first arrived but that was fixed. Over all a nice place but you may want to upgrade your cleaning crew.

Location was great, next to everything and in a nice area. We needed a two bedroom & two bath place for one night and it did have that.

I felt like they townhouse needed some updates and a good cleaning. There was no bed in one of the rooms, just a mattress and box springs and in the master bedroom the bed was wobbly. I had to move a blanket in between the bed and wall so the bed wouldn’t bang against the wall. Home needs a thorough cleaning, it was very dusty, the blinds, lights, baseboards, exterior front porch etc…Everywhere I looked seemed to be dusty or cobwebs exception of the main common areas. While we were there we killed two spiders and a centipede type bug in the 16 hours we stayed. The master bath needs to be updated as well, the shower curtain was to small and it was drafty while taking a shower, and again everywhere I looked either something was damaged, needed to be cleaned or just dated. The place needs a little less decor and more simplicity. I had to move decor around just so I can have space to put my stuff in the bathroom. We picked this particular townhome because it stated their was an private pool instead it was just a community pool.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Beautifully decorated. Easy check in.

(Bed pillows were very flat ) Wish there was some butter, sugar, plastic wrap --a few items that are too inconvenient to pack but you end up needing. Oh and kitchen tea towels to dry hands and dishes washed in sink.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. It is close to EVERYTHING! It felt like home away from home. We definitely plan on coming back and staying here again!

water pressure was lacking, but usable. jacuzzi tub jets had black grime- we cleaned it with a bottle of bleach and it took care of it.

The location is great and it has most things anyone could need. It is decorated beautifully.

First, is not suitable for older folks because it does not have any grab bars to be able to get in and out of the shower/tub, and there is no place to put a towel near the tub! Second, all of the operations are very high tech, with no instructions at the property. when I called to ask, I finally got detailed instructions, but not until the day before we were leaving! Third, there is no luggage rack or a chair in the guest bedroom. Fourth, the chairs in the living room do not have a table between them so that there is nowhere to put a drink. Fifth, the mattress in the primary is not that comfortable and the headboard is not connected to the bed, so any movement causes it to rattle. Otherwise, it’s great.
