Old house, upstairs renovated, very cute decoration and awesome ambiance. Close to both bus and metrorail

Apartments do not have their own water system.

The check in was smooth. I am very particular about good beds. Apartment was very accessible and clean. I didn't know that we could manage one toilet and bathroom but at the end of the day, it wasn't too bad after all. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The apartment was comfortable and had a nice feel to it. Beds were incredible ! We had such an amazing sleep. The lounge and kitchen were all we needed and the bathroom was very nice. The Owner was also very nice and friendly.

It was a great two bedroom home; kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

Air conditioning / heat unit was extremely loud , so loud we had to turn it off

They change the location to a different property the night before my arrival and the new property is situated in a dangerous neighborhood. There is also a super loud construction in front of property that wakes us up every morning.

Had to go to a different location, but not a big problem. House was old and a bit run down, but tidy and clean. Beds were comfy. All appliances were available.

Bit of a run down neighbourhood, probably not the nicest place to be after dark, but we did not encounter any problems. Good connection by bus to downtown Washington.

How it smell when we get in, the property need to be cleaned maybe with some products that will make it smell better

It fit our family well, easy to access, good parking

The kitchen needs some more pans, plates, and cutlery The bathtub does not hold water The neighborhood is in transition and a lot of outside noise affected our sleep quality
