Great location near train/bus station and walkable to touristic center. Beautiful house with interesting history, very friendly and welcoming host who had good local recommendations, everything was clean and comfortable, even plenty of coffee, toilet paper, etc which is not always the case so you don't feel you need to run to the shop right away.

It was fine for all of us, but if you are very tall you will have to watch out when you take a shower and brush your teeth as the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom is rather low. That's all I can think of, really it was great.

The location of the house was excellent . We had a dog and it took us between 10-15 mins to walk get into the old town. Fernando was an excellent host whom went out of his way to help us navigate to local shops and restaurants and gave us lots of tips and advice . He also took us through the history of the property we stayed in which has many original features. Everything you needed was in his home and our dog settled very quickly there . We couldn't thank Fernando enough for his time and making our stay so memorable.

As parking is on the road outside, it can be difficult at times. But once you are there you will not move your car as you will walk everywhere. So it was not an issue.

Fernando is the most welcoming and thoughtful host. He is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the history of the house and the city, and has excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights. The house is very special: elegant, comfortable and in a great location. The city is a few minutes walk away. A real privilege to stay in such a lovely place. Very highly recommended!

The location was excellent - within fairly easy walking distance of the old town. Our host met us and was very helpful when our luggage was lost in transit. He was very friendly and supportive - nothing was too much trouble.

The beds were a bit short - I could not lie straight. There was a bit of noise in the neighbourhood (late night party, live music nearby, cars on cobbles, cats caterwauling) so earplugs would have been beneficial!
