Tybeeland Steps to the Beach with Oceanviews, Beachside of Butler Ave

The black Housekeeper who spoke Spanish, Cussed me out! I guess she didn't know I was Bilingual. She came early twice and got upset we didn't pack fast enough. She should have been more worried about the bloody comforter she leaves on the bed made up like it doesn't have blood on it! Gross she needs to throw it away! Also she should also wash the utensils instead of rinsing them off with water. The sofa in the sitting area is old, falling a part and smells like urine.

The comforter for the bed has blood on it. The housekeeper makes up the bed so that you can't tell the side that's face down has blood stains on it. She should not be putting that blood stained confronter back on the bed!!!!!! Throw it away!!! Also the couch in the sitting area is falling apart, it literally has the cushioning falling out of it and its dirty and looks like something found on the side of the road! Im more upset about the blood stained confronter that I didn't realize had dried blood stains on it until I woke up the next day and attempted to make the bed up.

I loved the entire condo. Parking was easy and the View was stunning from the kitchen. Wi-Fi was really fast swell. I was able to do work without a problem.

Nothing really. Was a great idea to have a pullout couch in the living room maybe a tv in a bedroom ? Otherwise it’s perfect.

Very clean and comfy. The host communicated promptly every time I reached out. The cost to stay was reasonable to be so close to the beach and the few rules were reasonable. Washer and dryer were very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be back.

Not one thing!

It stunk so badly we could not hardly stand it! The trash had not been emptied to the point I have no idea how long. You could not stand to open the door because of flies being drawn in from the garbage. We will never use Booking.Com again!

Literally steps away from beach -everything as needed was already at the house -very spacious for family-loves the flow of the house

No blinds or cover over window in bedroom. Notified property, no response. The place was a bit dirty, especially considering we paid a hefty cleaning fee. We also cleaned the place better than we found it and property owners have yet to refund us our security deposit.

The property is beautiful and cozy

The person in charge never responded on time. We were expecting a $300 deposit for any damages; instead, we got a $120 extra fee, which means no devolution. Very sketchy the communication, I will never book there.

Location was great, enough space for everyone, very clean, easy access to the beach and the variety of silverware the kitchen had to cook your own meals.

The beds were very uncomfortable felt I was unable to get a good nights rest, the satellite to the television was not working, there was some construction outside during our stay, but not a big deal. Upon arrival we checked to see if there was a key in the lockbox, but there was no key there. The code on the door gave us easy access inside though, so it was very easy to access the property with the key code.
