Steps to the beach

Floor was not clean and we kept socks on the entire time. Front door code didn’t work and we waited forever to hear back from property owner on how to get in. Parking was not good and both units had problems parking.

This rental has the potential to be very good but it falls short in so many ways. The stairs up to the unit smelled like a kennel or a pet store! It was overwhelming and hard to get past. Another major issue I had with the unit was the pullout sofa. The cushions were ripped and it REAKED of urine. So much so that it bothered my eyes. My child requested to sleep on the floor because the mattress was very uncomfortable. In addition to the awful pet and urine smell, there were many other little things that added up to ruin the experience. For example, the smart TV had Netflix but it was the limited version with adds. Why not just pay the extra $6 a month??? Also, many of the windows didn’t have screens so we couldn’t enjoy the ocean air without bugs. For some reason most of the outlets were covered, so it was hard to charge devices. The curtains are thin and barely block the sunlight, so much for sleeping in on vacation. I feel this unit would be great if the funds from renting it were put back into making the renters comfortable.

There was construction going on right exterior to me. VERY loud.
