It was in need of repairs. Slow drain. Blown speaker in TV. Steep stairs. Water is awful. Parking a challenge. It was relatively inexpensive but wished I had stayed elsewhere. Maybe a good spot for some college kids. Not for two adults on a romantic journey. No lock on the patio door. It just really in need of upkeep. Bed is uncomfortable. Those stairs are really tough to get your bags to the upstairs.

Property was just getting cleaned when we arrived. You’re basically sharing a house with other people!! The host taking a very long time to respond (if they respond)

This was my second time staying here! I love this house! The view is amazing! It is so convenient to the beach! The owner is very nice!

The parking is a little small but it’s the beach so who cares! Everything else is great!

Can not say enough about the property! It was amazing. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family and we will definitely be returning!

The place was tastefully furnished, besides the plastic plants that they need to ditch. Location was steps from the beach. Apartment size was just fine for two people. Had ice in the freezer, which was a nice touch.

You need shades on the windows going out to the deck. There was no privacy and the curtains there do not give a sense of privacy because they don't cover the windows enough. Blackout curtains are needed in the bedroom. Difficult to sleep with the streetlights. They can be bought cheaply at Walmart. And talking about security, the neighbors downstairs had the same code as we did for our upstairs area. Yes, there was a deadbolt on the door, but it made me also wonder how often you change the code. You need a new t.v. Next time you are there, put it on and listen to a show. You'll know what we mean. To future renters, make sure there is only one or two people on the deck at a time. It is rotting and is unsafe. If you don't have a car like a Cooper, then there is no parking. We had a terrible time with our small truck. We were lucky that other people staying there were willing to work with us, but everyone was having the same issue. I can't imagine what it's like during high season. Btw, we tried to contact the property owner multiple times when it came to parking because we didn't know where our parking spot was and didn't want to block others. They never got back to us all weekend. They communicated the code for the entrance door, and that was the extent of their communication. I also tried to contact them before we arrived, and never heard from them.
