"The Galveston Escape was very comfortable & was in a great location, close to the beach."

The kitchen had new appliances & it was very pretty with a large island. The 2 bathrooms were updated also. It had a large deck in the backyard to enjoy the nice evenings.

The website said they had a blow dryer for us to use but it was missing. There were a couple of items in the bathroom that the contractor didn’t finish putting in (a towel rack & toilet paper holder). But everything else was great.

Inside the house was clean and well set up. Backyard also had a nice layout. Even though construction was occurring on the street, we receive ample notice and it did not create a problem. Thank You

Master bedroom, or bedroom closest to the backyard has a squeaky door leading into the restroom. Cleaning people should have notice this and taken care of it. Smoke alarm kept beeping throughout our stay indicating the battery needing replacement or servicing. Coat of paint on the steps leading into the house would be recommended.
