Overall decent cleanliness. The ABNB aspect better than a hotel because all seven of us could stay in one house and not be split up into two hotel rooms.

Lack of amenities such as a starter pack of laundry detergent. We wanted to potentially be able to do laundry for our single night stay after traveling, but didn’t want to have go and get such product for one night. The AC in one of the primary bedrooms didn’t work so we have to keep the fan on all night. Patched holes in walls not painted. It looked like the handyman for the place didn’t have time to go back. Splatter stains on the back door from previous occupants. Trash in the back yard was never taken out and was full. A sock was left in the laundry washing machine. Areas of the home just looked unclean and unkept - hence the decent cleanliness remark in the above section. Just overall for the cost of nearly $475 for the night, wish it would have had more to offer. Little things go a long way for return/repeat customers.

"Lots of Space and Fenced Yard"

Very nicely appointed and clean - looks like a new house inside. All the stuff you need to cook is there with brand new fridge and huge island. Very comfy living room. Yard was completely fenced. Walk to beach and food. Parking was in a driveway off street...

Couple of critters, lawn could have been mowed out back as it was really high, front door sticks, beds were not the most comfy, but nothing here is big deal as house was great for our son's NSC at TAMUG 10 min away...
