Somewhere over the Rainbow Loft with AC Hilo

Nos encantó la cantidad de detalles que nos dejó Britney (equipo para snorkel, tapones para oídos, café, condimentos, además de lavadora y secarropa, etc.

Tiene un solo baño completo. El otro es un toilette.

No AC on the 1st floor, only on the 2nd floor

Die Lage. Allerdings ist die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht wirklich einladend.

Laute Geräusche ( vermutlich Vögel oder Frösche) während der Nacht. Die Koffer mussten in den 1.Stock (Schlafzimmer) über eine steile , enge Stiege hinaufgetragen werden. Ein in die Jahre gekommener hellhöriger Holzbau. Instabiler Esstisch, leicht gebogen, mit nur 2 Sesseln mit Lehnen (wir waren 4 Personen) und zwei Hockern. Kann die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Es war die schlechteste, die wir auf unserer 4-wöchigen Rundreise ( Oahu, Big Island, Maui) gebucht hatten.

Très bien aménagé, lui donnant une ambiance très cosy. Attentions très particulières de nos hôtes dans l’esprit de leur maison. Merci

Good location, bird chirping whole night but property provide ear plug. Sufficient utensils to do simple cooking. Good bed and pillow, great shower with plenty of towels. Washing machine and dryer is a plus. You can park your car right infrontvof the door.

Really nice and spacious property with all the amenities we needed for our stay! We appreciated all the towels and surprise snorkel gear, as well as the welcome cookies- that was so nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and ear plugs were provided for the coqui frogs that are all over Hilo (there’s no escaping them anywhere lol). The AC worked really well to keep us cool, and worked as white noise in conjunction with the ear plugs so we slept pretty well. There was a washer and dryer that we used which came in handy, and plenty of kitchen supplies and even tea that was provided! The location is great! Walking distance to downtown (although there’s plenty of parking downtown so you don’t need to walk if you don’t want to).

Nothing, everything was great! The snorkel gear was super appreciated- although just FYI only one of the masks work. The other one is missing a nose valve. But NBD because there’s a rental close by and plus, we weren’t even expecting any gear so this was the property going above and beyond and we couldn’t have asked for more!

Het thema regenboog vonden we echt leuk. Het zat in alles, van bestek tot muurbekleding. Alle kleine extras zoals welkomstgeschenk, Oordopjes en welkomst kaart. Handige zwemspullen met fijne handdoeken. Wasmachine en droger werkten perfect.

Voor ons waren de bedden wat klein en te zacht.
