What a wonderful place this is, the second year my mom and I have stayed here and we've already booked for next year. An absolute gem, so well placed, such a beautiful spot, and well equipped and comfortable.

The nearness to the town but the solitude up the hill.

More comfortable furniture in the little lounge area. We both needed to work whilst we were there and though we could sit at the kitchen table it was not convenient or particularly spacious. An armchair would have helped.

It was exactly as I thought it would be. Between mountains and vineyards.

A few hungry mosquitoes but all sprays were supplied. But take along an extra bottle of doom.

Beautiful views, stunning situation, quiet and peaceful. The gardens are lovely and quirky. Cottage is well equipped for short stays. The dam was a life-saver in the blistering heat, and we spent a lot of time keeping cool in it
