Waterford House

The 8 girls in our group - aged between 50 and 78 years - had a tremendous stay at Waterford House. Everything was so perfect. The house is beautiful, a magnificent building on the golf estate at Clarens. It is luxuriously appointed, tastefully decorated, and has every luxury and amenity one can dream of. The house was pristine and sparkling clean, with beautiful patios where we could enjoy the serenity and tranquility of the estate. The booking in process was effortless, and Fana was very professional, friendly, and informative. The house is ideal for groups since it has 4 beautifully decorated en suite double bedrooms. There are various living areas where everyone can relax and have small intimate chats. We were impressed by the honesty of the staff: earrings left behind when we departed were retrieved by the cleaning staff and handed to management, who immediately informed us via whatsapp! The venue is excellent value for money, especially for larger groups. It is highly recommended as a top-class choice of accommodation venue in picturesque Clarens.

On the day off our visit, it was chilly in the afternoon and the house did not have any form of heating system in the living area except for the electric blankets in the bedrooms

Everything was perfect there’s nothing we didn’t like

It’s so beautiful and it’s a really big house. The photos don’t do it justice. The views were amazing, and it’s very comfortable. Loved the electric blankets because it’s quite cold

The underfloor heating only properly worked in the bedrooms leaving the rest of the house quite chilly

Waterford and San Roc has become my second home. Its much easier and comfortable to establish a great relationship with the property. By now the property knows exactly how to handle all my requests. Any need or request is addressed promptly.

Like all other properties there are slight glitches here and there. Waterford kitchen needs an urgent review of kitchen utensils. I needed few for my cooking and fortunately the team responded though after I had made alternative means to achieve the desired objectives. One of the guest rooms toilet pipes was leaking and reported. The bedroom facing the outside patio, the shower wall heater is not working.

Excellent hosts or agents..very friendly and honest. We left a chain behind. They found ut and called us..

The TV lounge needs underfloor heating as well.

Making such an amazing property available to guests is recommendable
