"Home away from home"

Spacious, clean, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The underfloor heating and electric blankets were a cherry on top.

Clean and well furnished. Safe and suitable for my young family. Provided me with a clean cot!

Clarens is cold and underfloor heater is not sufficient for the very cold days but the fire place and electric blankets helped.

Clean well kept property

Following the brief on the booking is important. Rooms were not configured accordingly, BUT the matter resolved promptly. It looked bad though doing it infrastructure of guests whom I chose to drive out whilst the team prepared the rooms.

The house is a nice winter house but this weekend was hot and it would have been nice to have fans in the rooms

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The mountainous location and neighborhood is scenic, quiet and peaceful From the time when we made the reservation, until arrival , The hosting team was accommodating, attentive , friendly, helpful and gave a wonderful warm VIP welcome upon arrival

The quilts over the bedding seemed a bit dirty and we didn’t have hot water on our last morning of the trip before checkout
