The space and location

That the utensils in the kitchen needs to be updated. The frying pans and dishes are extremely old. Also the couches are not very comfortable. The tv's are not smart so very limited with sport. The hot water wasn't hot but it was a hot weekend so acceptable.

Alice was friendly and helpful when needed. Friendliness from our short time neighbors was the best.

We didn’t have electricity and there’s no back up plan the employees didn’t even provide us with back up lights which resulted in my friend breaking a glass and injuring his foot, they don’t have a medical emergency kit

Stairs to the venue

The place is very clean

We liked the view, the pool, the overall environment was peaceful and beautiful.

That there was no mosquito repellent. Not enough toilet paper. Fans were of very poor quality and could not cool the place. Soap dispensation and the liquid soap were jot marked and were of poor quality. Electricity went out and there was.no back up so we had 1 night with and 1 night without electricity but paid for 2 nights in full. By now we are fully aware of the poor elec and water challenges in our coutry. No wifi 😢 in this and age! That the host was invisible and depends on the cleaner to receive guests. Alice did her best but places were hosts are actively involved are much better. 1 airfreshner was empty.
