I was called at 21h30 (28/10/2025) When we were to check in (29/10/2025) and told to cancel since they had no Electricity. We were left hanging & Stranded having to organize a place to stay ourselves. We we just told cancel and they will refund 😑😭😭

I loved Alice. She was very helpful and so kind.

The only thing was the tiny road in the complex and the parking was tricky for a big car.

Alice who welcomed us was very friendly. Quiet and safe location with a beautiful view of the dam. Comfortable beds with quality bedding, the main bedroom is extremely spacious. Massive doors that opens onto the balcony and porch. The place was clean and neat. Impressive stove and fridge. TV with some DSTV channels. Aircon in main bedroom and big fan in second bedroom. Alternative safe parking spot for bakkie or SUV's.

The property needs a bit of maintenance and attention to detail. Porch needs new artificial grass. Very small portable braai that needs replacement or removal. Outside seating did not have any cushions to sit on as advertised in the photos. Cleaning tools was a sore eye at the main entrance upon arrival. Couch seating needs upholstering, it has been sit-through. Kitchen had miss matched cutlery and glassware. Rust on living room walls - the place needs a fresh coat of paint. No extra towels available and the ones provided were not the same color or brand. Hand soap and lotion decanted into small plastic bottles with hand written labels and celotape. Towel rack in main bedroom was completely loose on one side. Blinds in the main bedroom needs some maintenance, properly fastened ect. Extremely small parking spaces, not suitable for bakkies or SUV's.

The basin takes time to drain water 4. ⁠The bed was uncomfortable 5. ⁠There’s no backup when there’s no electricity 6. ⁠We had cold showers, the water was cold 7. ⁠The location on booking. com is inaccurate. 8.. ⁠ they use dark towels instead of white towels. 9. The couches weren't entirely clean and aren't that comfortable

Kosmos was so amazing I had a great stay. The place was clean and maintained,liked the view, and the staff were friendly and well coming. Especially Alice who made our stay comfortable, we appreciate her hospitality and definitely would recommend your accommodation to others.
