We visited the location, and for two consecutive days, there was no electricity, no backup generators, and the host did not even take the initiative to communicate with us; instead, she had her house cleaner attend to us, who consistently referred back to her. We are seeking a full refund since we purchased food that was never prepared due to the lack of electricity. Consequently, we had to exceed our budget to purchase takeaway meals.

Such value for money! Property was spotless, enough space for the kids, awesome views of the dam. The pool area is amazing, right by the dam as well, really peaceful, loved our stay.

Just what we were looking for , its given a nestled feel.

The one parking which is no Biggi coz you have to use stairs if you parked on the one side the other has close parking to the property. ☺️

When we got to our booked location we could not get in there because they told us at the gate that there is power outage and they canceled our stay. The host never sent any emails or tried to communicate with us.. When we phoned her, she refused to take our calls, she kept putting us to voice mail. The domestic worker answered one of our calls, and said it is only our place that doesn't have power, and that the host said our stay was canceled, WHICH IT WASN'T! Four ladies alone sitting outside in an unknown place, with no place to stay for which we ALREADY PAYED FOR and no one to assist us... Then another lady told us it's not the first time this happened, they do this to alot of paid customers... So people please be very careful before booking this place from these unprofessional people.
