"Nice property in the centre of Ely"

Really well designed maisonette, plenty of space and great facilities within the property. Located on the Ely High Street so plenty of local amenities.

A few maintenance issues - peeling paint, couldn't fully close the shower door, draining in the shower was quite slow. These were only minor and didn't not at all ruin the experience - the property was amazing and great value.

Liked the House and location

Although it says free parking nearby.we got there on Friday evening and had to get up and move the car before 8am due to parking being 23 hrs not 24hrs .this needs to be explained more I believe when booking.its not a fault with the house as this was great .if you want to leave car over the weekend like we did you can pay for this but it's 20 minutes walk .which is no good when it's raining like it was on our stay..also didn't felt safe leaving it at that car park .

Cosy feel to the property. Unlimited access to heating controls. Central location, and free Car Parks.

The keys were not in the box. We phoned the helpline (erratic mobile signal) and were eventually given the cleaner's lock box code. We found the original keys on the coat rack inside the front door! The garden could do with some attention. Easy chairs in the conservatory would have have been good. No instructions for anything. An alarm in the garden shed went off, which turned out to be sewer flood warning. Competently dealt with, but a note mentioning it would have been helpful.

"Almost Perfect"

Location, outside space, cleanliness, well equipped, spacious, decour.

The bedroom behind the stairs had the squeakiest bed! Needs tightening or oiling. And the noise from the barbers above woke us at 7am. Definitely needs some soundproofing in there!
