"Decent but can be much better"

The location was great and very close to Royal St Georges and the Sandwich town and restaurants.

The check in time of 5pm is too late, especially when the guest is asked to check out at 11am. 6 hours in between is unreasonable to clean the property, and short changes the guest. The downstairs does have a musty smell which needs to be attended. The upstairs bedrooms were fine.

Very pretty house , comfortable bed , nice towels

The court yard wasn’t clean and swept so not pleasant to seat out ! Down stairs toilet wasn’t clean Also seating in lounge very limited and not very comfortable

"Nice and quiet central location on a historic street"

Nice and central location and quiet. Everything you need for your stay was there.

Nothing really, only small thing was the kettle was full of limescale so had to boil water on the stove.
