You have entire place to your group. The place is clean. The value for money is very good.

The property especially the water pipes is showing its age.

I liked the space and privacy. Very ideal for group or family outing. Also close to activities and convenience stores. Maritess is a keeper.

The house is in need of major update.

The place gives you a homey vibe. We get to enjoy the property without any hassles. We love the fact that we dont need to worry about our things since the house is super secured. Ate marites is very accomodating with all questions and request.

The front yard and that the property is beach front.

The house is old, you can see cracks on the main pillars. You can tell that its due for renovation. The bathroom smells like cockroach. It seems like the listing photos were taken a decade ago.

The property is old but it is a beautiful beachfront house with huge garden and parking space. It is gated and secured from the crowd outside. It is pwd and child-friendly. Furnitures are simple yet elegant.

The house needed some renovations. ACs needed cleaning or replacement. Kitchen sink and drainage has to be replaced. But overall our stay was good, smooth and we had a great time!
