A perfect location. The greatest asset to this property is the caretaker, 'Marites' She was constantly available (quietly and in the background) From her initial greeting on our arrival, her daily, early morning cleaning of the garden and beach frontage, to her local contacts, in sourcing anything we required e.g. fresh tuna for breakfast barbecue. This was a mine and my partners' perfect romantic 7 day stay. The general maintenance of the property is somewhat rundown and a bit basic in the crockery, cutlery and glasses department, Don't expect gold plated taps, dishwashers and tumble dryers! However, if one is able to accept it for what it is, and embrace it's basicness you will not be disappointed in your stay. This was a perfect stay, where I intend to come back to next year.

Owner was very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and professional. This is a highly recommended place if you are looking for relaxation, family time, barkada outing, or even team building. You have the entire place to yourself. 👍 The house was very spacious. All 3 rooms have air-conditioning, 2 have its own toilets. Lots of beds and seating areas. Lots of shower facilities. Big indoor and outdoor dining. Comes with kitchen and dinnerware. With videoke! Has a big parking area which can probably fit 4 family vehicles. BBQ and bonfire areas. Huge open spaces, pwedeng mag bike ang mga kids if ever. Maraming sampayan! It's also pet friendly. 🥰 Its about 10min walk to the convenience stores in the area and has nearby talipapa where you can buy fresh seafood. We ran out of drinks late in the evening, so we had to buy and luckily there's Alfamart, 7eleven and sari-sari stores open! With 24hrs CCTV. Gates along the road and beach front, so you are secured. 👌 THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

It's not really something to dislike, but there is one part of the exterior ceiling that looked really worn out and in need of repair. Overall, the place was GREAT!

The resort is very spacious and very ideal for a team building!

The beach area was rocky, well it's given since the resort is located at Lian Batangas, but if you're a fan of water activities, Island hopping is recommended which a lot of locals are offering it within the site.

This is our second time in white house Batangas and they never disappoint..ang laki ng place and talaga nmn napaka comfortable and enjoy ang stay...bitin ang 1 day kaya next time 2-3 days na book namin..😊

There were tiny ants in the bedroom crawling on the beds especially on the pillows..and everywhere that’s why we only stayed for 1 night requesting for a refund of the other night. Thank you.

Spacious and private. The linens are clean. Kitchen has complete amenities. Hot and cold water in shower. Caretaker is friendly and helpful. Host is responsive and accomodating.

The place needs a bit of renovation. Perhaps putting screens on windows would help keep flies/mosquitoes away.
