I loved the property, I loved the place its huge, its safe, its clean, I highly recommend this place, thats why I took a video & uploaded it to my fb with a happy heart. Just 1 issue the AC in 2 room(1 room totally not working, in masters bedroom not cold, just like fan mood only). Still I'm giving a high score. Also, Thanks to mam Maritess, she is the caretaker, she is kind, and always there when you need something.

Location of the house is in front of the beach and has a beautiful sunset view. The house is also very spacious and cozy. Best for families with pets.

The stove, cooking utensils and bathroom really need an upgrade. Karaoke and song book should also be upgraded.

certain facilities were malfunctioning like the karaoke tv, one of the aircon in the bedroom and the showers were found to have an accumulation of soap scum and the sink designated for washing the dishes emitted an unpleasant odour.

Affordable place knowing it’s a 1000sqm area. accomodating staff. Host is very kind i got problem with my booking due to taal volcano he’s willing to move the date of my booking if ever we cannot make it. Fortunately the situation of taal volcano calm on the day of our booking so we don’t need to ammend it. Thank you so much sir Emanuel for accommodating us.

It was raining all day and we notice some leak from the ceiling near sofa area. Coffee maker, rice cooker and kettle not working. I would like to suggest to do some house renovation and replace those home appliances with new ones to maintain the place to attract more guest. The rest is we had a good time having lunch in rented floating cottage. We Will definitely come back.

Accommodating owner and care taker, good location, everything you need can be bought in the area lots of convenience stores and sari-sari stores. All rooms are fully-airconditioned. The house is spacious and has a relaxing view you can enjoy the rest even inside the house. The place is also safe and secured. Great House for a vacation for the family or friends.

Nothing, all has been good for this accommodation We really enjoyed our stay from day one to last day.

Just about an average place to stay if you’re on a budget. Ate Marites was so accommodating and made sure we got everything we needed. The rooms are big and have enough beds for us. Overall, the place is nice; it just needs some renovation.

The beachfront was not clean as there were many floating boats, and it was a public beach. Had an issue with the water pipe in the bathroom that wasn’t fixed. Though the AC is cold, it needs cleaning, as well as the fans.

Spacious house, good value for the paid price. Good space for parking. Good karaoke, tables and chairs.

Facilities were a little outdated. Some cabinets need to be fixed, the toilet/CR has a bad smell and needs further cleaning. Overall, the whole house is big and very spacious. Good for family outing. Would also be good if the mattresses are a little thick.
