Nice location and friendly staff. Big space for big families

Thank you for the stay! The property is nice, though a few upgrades would make it even better. We noticed one AC unit wasn't cold, and the restrooms could use a modern renovation. In the future, the whole house needs a renovation to maximize guest comfort. These updates will really help the property shine.

I like how spacious and exclusive the villa is. The outside patio can easily accommodate 20 pax. There is a convenience store outside and you can cook also in the kitchen. The host was very responsive and able to act right away when there was a problem. The care taker was able to cater our needs.

Air conditioners inside the rooms are very old and one AC was broken during our first night. The house is worn down and needs major renovation. Utensils and appliances are old as well. Lots of ants and insects. Expect the videoke sound from nearby resorts til early morning.

We had our own privacy, and everything was almost perfect. The caretaker was very nice and kind. You can cook there, which is great. I loved the pillow. We will definitely be coming back!

Some appliances were not working, like the rice cooker. The bedsheet was also very thin
