Penthouse in old Dalmatian house - Flybridge

This apartment is in an excellent location, just up steps from the Riva and from the main square. The apartment is on the third floor of the building itself. It has an amazing terrace, with superb views. There is a great kitchen/reception area, with black-out shutters leading to the terrace/balcony. The bathroom is generously proportioned, very clean, and there were plenty of towels available too. As per all reviews, the bed (very comfy double) is on a high mezzanine level, and is accessed by a steep, narrow stairs. Definitely fine for us, but not for anyone with any kind of mobility or balance issues! There is access to a washing machine on the ground floor, which is very handy. There is ample space to dry towels etc on the terrace, the only thing that might be a good addition would be a clothes horse. We met our host, Anita, every morning. She was always offering to help, but to be honest, this apartment has everything one could need already. She is a lovely person and an extremely hard worker. The welcome gift in the fridge was much appreciated too! Highly recommend, so long as you are good with stairs!

The view from the terrace is amazing. Close to the action, but quiet.

There's a big climb up to the building, and then another climb to the third floor. (Not accessible by taxi.) Also, the bed is in a loft with very little head room.

Great location and gorgeous view from the balcony. Anita was a great host and made our stay very comfortable and was able to quickly answer questions or provide recommendations.

The bedroom is a bit challenging, especially if you need to get up in the middle of the night to use the facilities

The location, the apartment, and Anita were amazing! We really enjoyed our time in Hvar: we definitely spent a lot of time on the balcony!! The views were absolutely stunning and the apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Anita, our host, made sure we had everything upon arrival and checked on us every now and then to ask if we needed anything. Thank you, Anita!!!! She also taught us a few words in Croatian :)

Beautiful view from large outdoor terrace. Super clean with excellent bathroom and shower. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and Nespresso.

Bed was in loft area that was rather stuffy. Would be difficult to access if older. May steps from harbor to apartment and then up 3 flights in building. However this is why the view is so amazing.

Amazing view and balcony, central location right by everything, lots of space, really nice shower with great view, friendly welcome and generally very helpful staff, champagne on arrival and bottle of water!

No full length mirror but managed perfectly fine with the big bathroom mirror, very small amount of dust in areas, blind on the velux window above bed barely blocks light.

The stay at Penthouse in old Dalmatian house was a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean, well decorated with all the amenities you could need. The photos are very accurate but the view from the balcony is even better in person. It's a short walk to the main area of town and felt private, quiet and safe. It is up the hill so there will be stairs but we did not have a problem with it. Anita was very nice and accommodating to our schedule for checking in and out. We definitely recommend staying here.
