Perfect location, amazing views, everything you need.

Fabulous terrace with views across Hvar and out to sea. Modern apartment with good amenities and good aircon. Anita who greeted us was wonderful- she waited for us when we got a bit lost on arrival and was really keen to make sure we got all the information about the apartment and area. Lovely lady and clearly works very hard to make her guests happy.

The mezzanine bedroom was a bit of a squeeze and scary stairs to get up! Top marks to Anita for being able to make that bed- deserves a medal. It’s cute but not a bedroom arrangement you’d want every night! Would not stop us staying again but May not be for everyone.

The property was lovely large and central and the amenities were very modern Our host was an angel, she was there to welcome us and helped when we got a little lost and she fixed up the drain within minutes of us mentioning it We got extra towel and enough shower items as we were there for a few days. The internet was quite fast and the view from the balcony was to die for

We arrived earlier than expected and we were really tired. Anita, our host lady was wonderful. She answered the message immediately at 8am and when we asked if we could check in earlier she kindly accommodated our request. She met us at the property, everything was ready for us. The room was very clean and tidy. She showed us around and was incredibly kind with us. Anita was at our disposal the whole time. She answered quickly every message. On the date we checked out we asked her if we could leave our luggage there for half a day and then we ended up being late to pick up the luggage. She waited for us very kindly. Anita is a wonderful host and a host like her makes a real difference when travelling. Thank you Anita!!

Only that we needed to buy washing machine powder to use the washing machine.

The most remarkable aspect of this stay was undoubtedly the view. The property is situated in an elevated location, granting guests a sweeping panorama of the picturesque town of Hvar and the ocean. Each morning, we found ourselves drawn to the big terrace, which provided the perfect vantage point to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. What's more, the clever design allowed the terrace to fully open into the main living area and kitchen, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The location was ideal as well, as it offered a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Despite being in the city center, it is located on a small street in a quiet area, making it easy to explore the local attractions and restaurants and get a good night's sleep. Anita, the hostess, was incredibly hospitable throughout our stay. She was always available to assist with any inquiries.

There were a couple of aspects that may be worth noting for future guests. The access to the loft with the bed involves very narrow and steep stairs, which might not be suitable for everyone, especially those with mobility challenges. Additionally, the low ceiling in the loft area meant that standing upright was not possible (you sort of need to "scooch" yourself onto the bed) and you have to watch your head when going to bed/waking up. As the air conditioner is located quite low, the cold air doesn't get to the loft, and it can get quite hot up there at night. We fixed this by setting the temperature quite low and at high speed at night, but I think the issue could be fixed by simply installing the AC a bit higher up so that the airflow reaches the bed.

Our housekeeper Anita and her son were so kind and helpful. They helped in every small detail.
