Unkempt back garden with no garden furniture, one bathroom for 6 people, shower leaking through to kitchen ceiling, would have expected better for the cost.

It was very warm, comfortable and clean. An excellent base for exploring St Andrews and Fife.

The kitchen lighting was a bit poor. That was the only very slight criticism of the property.
