Quite out of the way, but close enough to see and do, clean and tidy comfy beds.

A little more storage would be helpful eg better use of built in wardrobes more draws, but not essential we managed. Scissors in the kitchen and better oven gloves would be nice.

Blood stained bedding. Reported but got ignored. Had paid for 5 beds, only had 4 beds on the first night.

Location was perfect for us as we had our own transport

Single bathroom/shower was a bit limiting, and having to get out of the house for 10:00 was too tight

Lovely spacious house in a quiet street, close to all that St Andrews has to offer. Very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed.

The decor was a bit tired, although the house was very clean. The garden could also do with some attention, but the weather was so bad that we didn't go out very often. Communication from the letting agents was poor in advance. I assumed the beds would be configured as per the photos on the site, but the day we were arriving I got an email with all the details which also stated that all beds would be made up as doubles unless otherwise requested - and several days notice were required. I was hoping for one double and two twin beds so that was a little awkward.
