Rooms had all basic necessities. Even though pantry area is small but everything needed was catered for. Family could gather together at the family room area / lounge and chat and make plans, which really was an advantage for us as we went for family wedding and needed to make preparations daily. Near to all the places we needed to go and easily available to get food nearby.

Can consider netting on the main grill at entrance lobby to ensure no insects etc comes in the house. Install cover from the porch to the entrance lobby so we won't get wet when it rains.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to go around Ipoh even before our trip. The homestay is clean, comfortable and well-equipped for big groups. The location is strategic too, with lots of eateries around and not too far away from town.

Great house with great facilities. Strategic location can just waze it. The owner/staff are really friendly and they will provide a step by step manual check in. Easily communicate with them, can just ask them for confirmation on anything. Very clean property. Overall, we loved it and would love to recommend this property.
