1) Very friendly Host 2) next to property is a coffee shop, 3) near to eateries and local market (ie BIG Tree Hawker Centre) 4) very comfortable and feels like home. 5) modern furnishing, 6) Filtered water 7) Safe surroundings 8) love the bed and pillows.

1) cleanliness can be improved. Floors and stairs feels dusty 2) can be quite noisy in the morning as it's next to a coffee shop 3) towels does not feel clean

We booked for 12 pax of friends, and all felt like home. Terrific location surrounded by great eateries within walking distance; entire house super clean, comfortable bed and ample parking within premises.

Host Ms Amy were super awesome, Friendly, responsibility, helpful. The house is clean, comfortable, model design and surrounding have many of chinese breakfast stalls. Location is great too, 8 mins to Ipoh centre. definitely will come back again, love it.
