We stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was perfect. The location of the property is around 300-400mtrs from the market area but nestled in a bylane which ensures you stay away from the bustle of city. The rooms are huge with all basic amenities, while the living room cum dining area has cutlery, dinnerware and sofas. The staffs are very cooperative and help in all aspects. We ordered breakfast and dinner at this property and it was very tasty with home cooked food. Overall it was very good stay, will definitely come back again.

May be put a fan in bedrooms as it can get little stuffy sometimes inside closed room.

Everything was upto the mark

The stay was wonderful, a classic hall and the amenities were good enough to accommodate families. I would like to highlight the behaviour of Mr. Naveen, indeed a gentleman and so friendly he is, and his staff were so helpful. A quality property with an affordable price, very near to the botanical garden. Bathrooms were very tidy with a continuous hot water supply. Daily housekeeping and homemade-like food can be ordered within the property (which was so tasty and affordable compared to local restaurants) is a plus point.

1." Breakfast in the room" as mentioned in the bookings.com is not free, its chargeable. 2. Indeed rooms in ooty doesn't need an AC but a ceiling fan with low speed can add some breezy feeling when sleeping. We were 2 family in two rooms .so I requested an additional pedestal fan since there was only one in the hall. But doesn't get. Any way Its not a big deal.

The property was very neat and clean and well maintained with a good view despite being close to the city centre

Parking space is limited but still safe to park on the road although would've preferred if we could park it inside as we had a big vehicle

only tea coffee ok. avoid main meals. room size and cleanliness ok. Bath room small. they do not keep toilet paper in bathroom. toiletries poor standards. Basin tap no hot water. TV very small screen. sofa upholstery damaged. staff well behaved. cook even cannot make simple aloo parantha. so avoid meals
