"Would recommend and stay again."

Spacious, clean, had everything we needed. Tea coffee, fully equipped kitchen. Good location. Parking space.

The 10am check out was a bit of a rush. Is on the main road so can hear traffic through the night. And a few drunken souls passing by. The shutters helped on the second night.

We liked the setting of the house and the location

The shower in the top bedrooms kept filling up with water it needs looking at as the water fills up to the top and the water runs away slow

Excellent facilities for a family/group of up to 8. Ample bathroom, toilet, kitchen and leisure facilities. Nice patio area outside for breakfast. Superb location close to city centre. Hosts very helpful when we raised minor queries. Instructions very clear. Would give this the highest recommendation. One parking space available at rear of property. A starter pack of tea coffee, biscuits etc for up to 8 was much appreciated.

"Fab weekend in a great house!"

Great location for exploring York and really nice interior, we were there for a Harry Potter themed weekend and the house added to that with it fireplaces and unusual layout.

The location cannot be beat!

The way the house was broken up and the odd shape of bathrooms made it a bit challenging for our family. There wasn't a single extra towel or extra bedding. We were cold and couldn't figure out how to warm the rooms. Other than that, the location is 2nd to none. Awesome neighborhood, walk to Minster, fun shops & cafes out the door.
