"Perfectly perfect in every way!"

The house was perfect for our stay in York. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean with everything you may possibly need for your stay. The house is just a short walk to the centre but in a quiet location and has a beautiful little court yard to sit out in. We all absolutely loved the house and Jayne and Michelle were just a call away if we needed anything. We will definitely be booking again x

Good location. Close to the centre, in easy walking distance

Front downstairs room was a little noisy with traffic and the shower on the ground floor wasn't very good, a bit of a trickle

Ideal for York City Centre, 5mins, walk Nice spacious and comfortable rooms, And fully equiped kitchen

The showers looked very nice, but when it came to using them they proved to be inadequate as all we got was weak dribble. Grill pan in the oven could do with clean.

Good size, great location to the town, though busy road. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated.

shame we couldn't have left our bags and bedrooms on top floor super cold first night until we discovered how the heating system worked!

"lovely stay"

bedroom with bunk bed not in the least bit sturdy. Had to remove mattress and child sleep in mattress on floor as didn’t feel it was safe. Mattress on double bed section very uncomfortable, should be advertised as room suitable for small children only.

"Comfortable, clean house"

Great location for getting straight into the city. Lovely spacious house, everything in there you need. Very clean and new bathrooms and kitchen. Parking for one car behind the house and more parking in carpark immediately behind this for extra cars (there is a fee). Hosts very helpful when we asked a question.
