The location. 5 min walk into the city center. Nice can have permit for the car.

It could do with a thorough clean. It was expensive for what it was.

A wonderful location , we parked up car and didn’t move it again so close to centre. It was the coldest days of the year but the property was toasty. Very quiet location . Well equipped. Excellent communication from owner . Perfect

Everything - it was absolutely perfect. The house itself was lovely, clean and homely with everything we needed for a comfortable long-weekend. The location was ideal - nice and quiet, but close enough to walk into the City Centre quickly.

Lovely little house in a very ideal location and for so cheap. Our apartment has everything you would need. The host responded very quickly to any inquiries. We are very geateful for storing our luggage before our flight and for arranging a taxi to Leeds. Mary, your muffins were delicious!

There is nothing not to like! Even the creaky stairs were full of charm :).
